We now offer a Free Delivery Service to all those people who choose to buy an engagement ring with us.
The Free Delivery Service is fully insured using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service within the U.K. Packages are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the day after posting and require a signature upon receipt.
If you are ordering from outside the U.K then international sign for is used. Delivery will be one week longer than the U.K depending on how long your item is in customs this varies from country to country.
We retain a postage receipt from the post office with a tracking number if you have not received your item by the due delivery date we can track it for you, but you must inform us of the late arrival by calling the freephone number (0800 074 811) or e-mailing us at customer.services@weddingringsdirect.com
