Wedding Rings Direct

Product Guidance and Information

In this chapter of our website you can find a wealth of information about our rings, the materials we use and their origin.

Read through these pages to find out more about the strengths and advantages of each alloy, to learn how diamonds are graded and selected as well as how we source them to make sure they are ethnically sound.

All our materials are of the very highest standards and quality and so is our workmanship. We work with a small, hand selected team of highly skilled goldsmiths, diamond setters, polishers and engravers some of which also do work for some of London's big high street retailers.

Our metals and alloys are only sourced in the UK and all of the workmanship happens in the UK as well. We work with our own workshop which is situated two levels above our offices. Here you can have a peek into our workshop to learn more about how rings are made, stones are set and finishes are applied. Have a look, we have got some amazing images in there!

Metal guidance will provide you with the information about all the different alloys we use. The classic materials for wedding rings and engagement rings are of course platinum and gold in its many different colours and compositions. White gold, yellow gold and rose gold can be found with higher or lower gold content, each of which will have its own advantage. But we also offer a wide range of contemporary ring materials like palladium, titanium, tungsten carbide and stainless steel.
