The estimated delivery date for all products is indicated for each individual product when the product is viewed on our web-site but a general guide is shown below

Delivery times depend on the degree of difficulty in making the product and on seasonal variations. For example a plain ring is quickest whereas an extra wide ring in a very large size with diamonds and engraving will take the longest. 95% of all our rings etc are made within three weeks and a plain wedding ring can be supplied in as little as 3 days
All products are sent by Royal Mail special delivery, fully insured, and normally arrive the next working day after being posted

Ordering your rings
Orders for sample or final rings can be made on-line. If you would like to order or simply view our collection, use the MENU at the left hand side of the page now and you can browse through our range and view images. Ordering online is completely secure and orders are automatically acknowledged at the time of payment.
Delivery of your rings
An e-mail will be sent when the package is dispatched. If you do not have e-mail, we can telephone you if required.
Packaging includes a full descriptive invoice and a quality box.
Fully insured Royal Mail special delivery postage & packaging is charged at £6.50 including VAT, unless a courier service is requested, which will then be charged for at that full rate. Special delivery is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, but it is 95% successful. Special Delivery requires a signature upon receipt and insures items for up to £2,500. If you are not available at home, a card will be put through your door and collection of the package will be from your local holding depot.
Please allow extra time for deliveries outside of the U.K, which are sent Airmail by International Signed for Delivery.
If you choose to provide an alternative delivery address, please understand that this is by mutual agreement as most credit card companies only accept responsibility for payment if the item is sent to the BILLING ADDRESS .
Once signed for, the package then becomes your responsibility.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed packages, where a proof of posting certificate has been obtained by us.
We retain a postage receipt from the post office with a tracking number if you have not received your item by the due delivery date and we can then track it for you if you inform us of the late arrival by using the contact details below.
