Delivery

  1. The estimated delivery date is indicated for each individual product when it is viewed on our website. A general guide is shown below.

  2. If you would like an earlier delivery date than indicated or wish to be absolutely certain as to when your order will arrive please call us on 01273 696515 (freephone 0800 0748811) or e-mail us on our contact page.

  3. Delivery times depend on the degree of difficulty in making the product and on seasonal variations. For example a plain ring is quickest whereas an extra wide ring in a very large size with diamonds and engraving will take the longest. 95% of all our rings etc are made within three weeks and a plain wedding ring can be supplied in as little as 3 days.

  4. All products are sent by Royal Mail special delivery, are fully insured, and normally arrive the next working day after being posted.

Ordering your rings

Orders for sample or final rings can be made on-line. If you would like to order or simply view our collection, use the menu at the left hand side of the page now to browse through our range and view images. Ordering online is completely secure and orders are automatically acknowledged at the time of payment.

Delivery of your rings

An e-mail will be sent when the package is dispatched.

Packaging includes an information brochure and a quality box.

Fully insured Royal Mail special delivery postage & packaging is charged at £7.50 including VAT. Special delivery is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the next working day. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, but it is 95% successful. Special Delivery requires a signature upon receipt and insures items for up to £2,500. If you are not available at home, a card will be put through your door and you can collect the package from your local holding depot.

Please allow extra time for deliveries outside of the U.K, which are normally send via FedEx's International Priority service, or TNT Express Service.

If you choose to provide an alternative delivery address, please understand that this is by mutual agreement as most credit card companies only accept responsibility for payment if the item is sent to the billing address. We regret that we cannot use an altenative delivery address for Amercian Express payments, or payments without the 3D secure validation.

Once signed for, the package then becomes your responsibility.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed packages, where a proof of posting certificate has been obtained by us.
