Our priority manufacture services
We can deliver many of our plain rings within two or four working days. There is a surcharge for this service and you must order before 11am.
Our 4 working day priority service costs an additional £24. The 2 working day priority service costs an additional £48.
Please note that you are paying for the items to be made more quickly, not for a faster courier for delivery. We send all rings by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next-day service that requires a signature on receipt.
Some diamond-set and decorative rings are available on a 6 working day service at a cost of £45+VAT. Please give us a call if you'd like to order a decorative or diamond-set ring with priority manufacture.
Two day express
If the order is made before 11am on day one, we can deliver before 1pm on day three.
Four day express
If the order is made before 11am on day one, your item will be with you by 1pm on day five.
Disclaimer
When you pay for the faster manufacture service, you pay to have your items prioritised by our workshops. The delivery timescales are still estimates, so you may receive your rings a day earlier or later than expected. Each item is made to order and must go through a complex and delicate manufacturing process. Please let us know if you are ordering your rings within a few days of your wedding so we can make sure the rings are with you on time! We can not be held responsible for failure to deliver goods ordered within a few days of your wedding, so please do not leave these matters to the last minute! Deliveries to non-UK addresses may take a little longer, to allow for the transport time.
