Wedding Rings Direct offer a number of services with the aim of providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Whilst some of these services are 'part of the package', others will be charged at a small fee. We welcome ideas of how we can improve our service as well as additions to what we offer, please do contact us.
Delivery
The delivery of your goods will be charged at a flat rate of £6.70 for the UK and be sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service to be with you by 1pm the next working day. The manufacturing timescale of your ring is the biggest determinant of the estimated delivery date, and depends on the rings you have ordered. Express Service
If you are in a hurry or you just can't wait to get your hands on your rings (and your rings on your hands!), why not make use of one of our express services. How quickly we can make a ring will still depend on the type of ring you ordered but we can speed the delivery up significantly for a small surcharge by prioritising your items in the workshop. Sample Service
We have silver replicas of all our plain wedding rings in all different sizes, widths and profiles. For the cost of the postage plus £2.00 per ring we will loan you a selection of up to 10 rings to help you pick the right ring for you. We also offer most of our shaped wedding rings as samples to help you find the perfect fit for your engagement ring. Last but not least, we have a large selection of sample engagement rings set with cubic zirconia (artificial diamonds). These replicas are a great way to get a 'feel' for the ring and the diamond size before committing to such a big purchase. More info to the different styles available can be found here.
Our Bespoke Service
Our expert bespoke team have a great deal of experience in adapting existing designs or creating a whole new product based on your ideas. This service can also arrange to adapt our shaped ring designs to perfectly fit next to your engagement ring. The possibilities are endless! Bespoke Design Service
Engraving
Most rings can be engraved on the inside, outside or both. We can engrave ring as small as 2.5mm wide in all alloys. We can even engrave tungsten carbide using laser technology! Click to find out more about the different engraving options we offer, as well as the associated costs.
