Ring re-sizing
If you wish your ring to be resized, please return it to us with a cheque made out to Wedding Rings Direct - see below for costs. Please also let us know your name, order number and the new size required. Please note: We generally do not re-size by just half a size, as the difference will be barely noticeable. Resizing full eternity rings can cost up to £65.00, so please contact us if you are not 100% sure of your ring size. Sizing can differ between different jewellers, so please consider making use of our sample service before placing your order.

Most engraved rings can be resized, with an additional cost of £20 for re-engraving. Engraving in ancient runes or laser engraving may add more to the resize cost.
Engraving on some rings (including, but not limited to, tungsten carbide, steel, zirconium and black zirconium) will mean the ring can not be resized or exchanged, so please do be sure of size before ordering. The best way of determining your size is by using our sample service.
Please note that your guarantee is invalidated if you allow a third party to work on the item that we have made for you. If an item is altered by a third party we are not liable to reimburse the customer with the cost unless this has been agreed in advance.
