Titanium and Tungsten
Titanium and Tungsten Carbide are both very tough materials. Alongside diamond, tungsten carbide is one of the hardest materials known to man. Rings made from tungsten carbide are extremely hard wearing and resistant to scratching. With a density only slightly lower than that of Platinum, tungsten rings are relatively heavy when worn.
Titanium has very different physical characteristics to tungsten - it is much lighter and polishes up to a very high mirror finish. Despite these differences, the rings remain very hard wearing. Certainly one to consider for those with tough jobs.
