2018 is all about the neckline and shoulders. If you’re going for decorated shoulders you can wear statement earrings as long as the neckline is low. Otherwise, opt for studs as you don’t want to overwhelm your face.
This is my favourite trend for 2018. There’s something exciting about a long cape whisking behind you as you walk down the aisle. The cape is said to be the new veil, so don’t overdo the top portion of your body.
The split sleeve is perfect for a weeding. It frames the body and acts as the perfect accessory if you’re not wearing any jewellery and gives a modern feel.
Non traditional looks are getting more and more popular. Your wedding attire should reflect your personality, and if you’re not a dress girl then don’t wear one.
If you’re after a more casual feel for your wedding day and don’t fancy all that extra fabric opt for a short dress. Still appropriate for a wedding yet sensible saving you from possible wipe-outs and easier bathroom breaks.
Me and my bridesmaids all had short dresses at my wedding. It was mainly two factors that made me choose a short dress. Weather and mobility. I really didn’t want to be too hot as the wedding was at the end of June and I also wanted to be able to move freely and dance and not feel trapped 🙂
