Mint to be…DIY wedding favours

Are you looking for something cute but affordable to give your guests as a wedding favour on your big day? Look no further. These mints are sweet and refreshing and super easy to make. Add a sticker with your names and date for that personalised touch! 🙂

You will need:

1 pkg. (250 g) Cream Cheese, softened

1 tsp. peppermint extract

5 x 1/2 cups icing sugar

3-5 drops pink food colouring

Piping bag

Stir 1/2 cup of icing sugar at the time with the cream cheese (this is to prevent lumps in the mixture).

Add food colouring to your taste.

Pipe the mixture on to baking paper or similar. Leave to dry for 2-3 hours.

All that’s left to do now is bag and label your sweet wedding favours.
