Service rating : Absolutely amazing service, we tried a few samples which in itself is a fantastic touch, we thought we'd order something we thought was like a sample but to the credit of WRD they called us and pointed out the difference between the samples and the ordered ring, hence we got another sample and my wife to be hated it... So we chose a different ring which is absolutely perfect and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much and also saved a few quid in the process ! Win Win

Many thanks for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your ring. It is hard to determine the cause of the wear without seeing the ring, however anything that is as hard or harder than your ring, such as a metal door handle may mark it, meaning that as soon as you start wearing your ring, it will show wear almost instantly. Unfortunately no metal is impermeable to wear and tear, even Platinum, which is the hardest and most durable precious metal. Anything your ring comes into contact with may mark it. The most surprising items can have an effect on your jewellery, e.g; Keyboards, mugs, door handles, chairs, cutlery and even telephones can affect the surface too. All our precious metal rings are hallmarked by an independent body, known as the Assay Office. There are four in this country that legally hallmark every UK made precious metal item. During this process, the ring is tested in a lab to ensure it's quality is up to standard, and is then only hallmarked if it passes these tests. Please be assured that the quality of our precious metals are no different from that of any other jewellers. We of course want all our customers to be happy with their purchase, and we would be more than happy to inspect and determine the causes of the scratches. We offer the option of a full refund or exchange for items received back within 30 days of the date of dispatch, if the goods are agreed as being faulty or not as ordered. The item must be unworn, received back in its original condition, and with all original documentation and packaging. Please note that an item becoming scratched whilst worn does not indicate that the item is faulty.

Bespoke items, laser engraved items, shaped rings, and rings received back after the 30 day returns window will not be eligible for refund. In rare cases when we do accept these items back, they will usually be subject to administration/restocking charges. We make every ring to order, so will not process an exchange for the same item in a new size. Please follow our resizing procedure if you require a different ring size. We will also not refund if it is evident that more than one ring was purchased with the express intention of choosing between them and returning one for a refund.

In some cases, we will contact you before we manufacture a ring to discuss what we can do to ensure the ring will be suitable and therefore not returned. This is especially likely if the item is of high value, e.g. a full eternity ring. We reserve the right to exclude items from the 30-day refund policy, and will always contact you prior to their manufacture if this is the case.

Refunds will be made within 5-10 working days by the original method of payment.

A shaped wedding ring that will fit around most princess cut diamond engagement rings. The slight "V" shaped design allows the square princess cut to sit flush to the wedding ring. The band is at its widest point of 3mm at the pinnacle and reduces to 2.7mm at the at the base. This design is very similar to the SHW-0990 but has more of a rounded edge.
