This wedding ring is a 4mm medium weight wedding ring meaning it has an average depth of 1.7mm and is 4mm wide. We offer the option of a full refund or exchange for items received back within 30 days of the date of dispatch, if the goods are agreed as being faulty or not as ordered. This also includes situations where the design of the ring is simply not as expected. The item must be received back in its original condition, with all original documentation where applicable.
Refunds may not be authorised for bespoke items, engraved items, shaped rings and rings received back more than 30 days after dispatch. When we do accept these items back, they will usually be subject to administration/restocking charges. We will also not refund if it is evident that more than one ring was purchased with the express intention of choosing between them and returning one for a refund.
In some cases, we will contact you before we manufacture a ring to discuss what we can do to ensure the ring will be suitable and therefore not returned. This is especially likely if the item is of high value, e.g. a full eternity ring. We reserve the right to exclude items from the 30-day refund policy, and will always contact you prior to their manufacture if this is the case.

Service rating : What a genius concept Wedding Rings Direct have captured. Prior to ordering rings from them we had been into two reputable jewellers to try on rings. Whilst this was ok and served purpose, both times we came away thinking "oh did I make the right choice, or did we try on everything I wanted to?" Ordering samples from WRD enables you to try on each of your choices in the comfort of your own space and make a decision which has no pressures attached to it. Both times in a shop setting, I found the sales person "advising" us when really all we wanted to do was sit and try a few rings on. After we got our rings in the post, it was pretty clear which rings we were going to go for, however, we happened to be in Brighton a few months on from getting our samples and just to make sure we saw absolutely everything we arranged a visit to their offices. When we arrived at the office we met Anthony, the founder of WRD. I cannot describe the attention we received from him since the moment we met Anthony. He was an absolute wealth of information and his transparency across the board gave us massive reassurance that what we were buying was probably one of the best products on the market we could buy. He took us to a office show room where we could see samples of everything WRD made. He also took along every sample which we asked for and we started the process of trying on. In the end of the day we chose the Double Comfort Band, which is actually a unique design to WRD. All of the above may seem a little much just to pick out some platinum bands but this was more than just the bands, it was the experience and conversations we had with Anthony which made picking our wedding band so unique and special. Thank you so much, we LOVE our rings! We'll definitely be back in future to maybe get that little something special made with you.
