I phoned and explained the situation and they completely understood and put the order through on a 5 day rush. We were so greatful! I would highly recommend this company for your wedding bands. The try before you buy sevice is great I tried about 8 different rings you can keep for a week to get the feel of the size and weights. That you can wear all day so you can get a true feel of the right fit.Again would highly recommend this company

Great looking ring and my wife loves it. By getting multiple samples delivered to my home I was able to choose a size that wasn't too tight in hot weather, and not overly loose in cold weather. The engraving is clear and well executed. The hammered effect makes any scratches and dents blend right in.

The website was easy to use, we received excellent communication via text as to the status of our orders and the nature of the internet business means that the price point was extremely competitive.The sample service was perfect for us, we enjoyed the low pressure environment without a sales person breathing down our necks and the possibility to try our rings in a normal day to day environment rather than 5 minutes in an air conditioned shop. This was a huge bonuses us and we really liked it, we will wear these rings everyday forever, it's nice to know that they will be comfortable and compatible with our lifestyle!Wedding rings direct has such a large number of styles that it was even possible to find a ring that matches my slightly unusual engagement ring without the need to go custom (although that is a service wedding rings direct offers).I really can't recommend this service highly enough, our rings have just arrived and they are exactly what we expected, they look beautiful and we can't wait to exchange them on our big day!

When you consider the same ring from several different jewellery retailers was between ÃÂ£250 - ÃÂ£900 more it was a total no brainer! The samples sent made it so easy to decide. More money for the honeymoon! Any ring is gonna look the same after scratching and scuffing it from the first 2 weeks of wearing it anyway! A quality bargain!

We are happy with the product. One thing would like to suggest: We found that the weather/climate difference between Asia and Europe which make our finger size slightly different from the time we tried out in Brighton.

Hi there, Many thanks for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that your ring is a little big. It is very rare that we send out an incorrect size as all our rings are made to order and are checked several times before being despatched, both in the workshop and during quality control. The issue of ring sizing in this country is tricky, as although there is a universal standard, sizes can still vary between jewellers much like shoe sizing. There are so many factors that can also effect your size, such as the profile, for example a band that is courted on the inside will often mean you can wear a smaller size. We measure by leading edge, and get our ring measuring sticks from the UK'S leading manufacturer of wedding rings. Please also accept our apologies for any difficulties you had using our website. We have had a couple of teething problems since the launch of our new site, we have been working hard to resolve them to get the site up and running how it should. I hope it did not cause too much inconvenience. I believe we have been in contact since and I have advised on our resize process however please do let me know if you have any further questions. We offer the option of a full refund or exchange for items received back within 30 days of the date of dispatch, if the goods are agreed as being faulty or not as ordered. The item must be unworn, received back in its original condition, and with all original documentation and packaging. Please note that an item becoming scratched whilst worn does not indicate that the item is faulty.

Bespoke items, laser engraved items, shaped rings, and rings received back after the 30 day returns window will not be eligible for refund. In rare cases when we do accept these items back, they will usually be subject to administration/restocking charges. We make every ring to order, so will not process an exchange for the same item in a new size. Please follow our resizing procedure if you require a different ring size. We will also not refund if it is evident that more than one ring was purchased with the express intention of choosing between them and returning one for a refund.

In some cases, we will contact you before we manufacture a ring to discuss what we can do to ensure the ring will be suitable and therefore not returned. This is especially likely if the item is of high value, e.g. a full eternity ring. We reserve the right to exclude items from the 30-day refund policy, and will always contact you prior to their manufacture if this is the case.

Refunds will be made within 5-10 working days by the original method of payment.
