We offer the option of a full refund or exchange for items received back within 30 days of the date of dispatch, if the goods are agreed as being faulty or not as ordered. This also includes situations where the design of the ring is simply not as expected. The item must be received back in its original condition, with all original documentation where applicable.
Refunds may not be authorised for bespoke items, engraved items, shaped rings and rings received back more than 30 days after dispatch. When we do accept these items back, they will usually be subject to administration/restocking charges. We will also not refund if it is evident that more than one ring was purchased with the express intention of choosing between them and returning one for a refund.
In some cases, we will contact you before we manufacture a ring to discuss what we can do to ensure the ring will be suitable and therefore not returned. This is especially likely if the item is of high value, e.g. a full eternity ring. We reserve the right to exclude items from the 30-day refund policy, and will always contact you prior to their manufacture if this is the case.
Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.

It shouldn't take a whole week to dispatch a clearance item that is supposedly in stock. Then they got it wrong and sent an email saying it would be delayed a week because of workshop issues. I had to telephone to then find out that they had sent the wrong email and would post it that day as planned. Not very impressive in terms of organisation.
Looks great, just what I was hoping. Hopefully over time the titanium will be robust and continue to look brand new
Service rating : Ordering the ring was very straight forward and express service have it to me within 5 days. Ring is good quality and looks great, would definitely buy from them again (not that I am intending to marry again!) and recommend.Only downside was I requested engraving and it wasn't done, though they have refunded the cost and will do it for free after the nuptials , so good customer service to make up for the error.
The ring looks great, my fiancÃ© is looking forward to wearing it. Great value for money.
Service rating : Fantastic service, we actually made an appointment at their Brighton store, as we were unsure on what style ring my partner wanted. The assistant who saw us was amazingly patient letting my partner try on as many styles of ring to make sure we got it right. We were kept updated through out the process of the ring being made, and delivery was made on the date promised.Great value for money and excellent service. Thank you we are. Ow looking forward to our wedding in September.
